·當客戶比價時,你可以說:I dare say that the price we offer compare favorably with any quotation you can obtain elsewhere.與你從其它任何地方獲得的報價相比,我敢說我們的報價是最合理的。
·當你要和客戶傳達“不提升品質(zhì),單純靠降價是沒有用的”時,可以說:It is of no avail to reduce the price only without quality improvement.
·當你的專業(yè)建議被客戶采納時,他可能會說:You can say that again!意思是Great/Wonderful!表示認同夸獎,而不是把話再重復一遍。
·當客人下了一個500美金的試單,按照常規(guī)收30%定金,剩下70%見提單復印件,會比較麻煩,而且兩筆款項的銀行費用也很貴,可以回郵件:Could you help to pay in one lump sum(一次性付款)for this trial order?Thanks.請問此次訂單您可以一次性付款嗎?謝謝。
·當你在跟客人解釋,因為原材料庫存不多,需要把交期延長到40天后的時候,就可以說:Due to the low stock(庫存不多)of raw material,we have to postpone the delivery date to 40 days later.
