你們是不是每次遇到客戶不回,就下意識的跟客戶說:Jack,how come you're not responding to all the messages I've sent you,and you're not answering my calls either?(語氣帶有指責(zé))
很多時候,被人指責(zé),會本能的反感,特別是客戶。
所以遇到這種情況可以這么說:
1.Jack,after I last messaged you,I haven't been able to get in touch with you at all.(陳述事實,不指責(zé))
2.I guess you might have become interested in someone else's product,maybe even purchased it,and no longer need me.(示弱)
3.In the spirit of seeing things through from start to finish,I still want to confirm with you one more time.(利他原則)
4.If you have indeed made a purchase with another supplier,please let me know,and I'll make sure not to bother you anymore.(降低客戶防備心)
5.If you haven't made your decision yet,I'd feel like I'm not doing my job properly by not reaching out to you.(立人設(shè),表達要負責(zé)到底)
6.Jack,if you see this message,do please reply,so that I'm not left constantly worrying about your situation.(以柔化剛)
