他們也過中秋節(jié)，節(jié)日祝福要送上
送禮送祝福，是和老客戶升溫感情，與新客戶破冰的第一步。在我們國家過節(jié)的時候，其他國家也會過中秋節(jié)，尤其是東亞、東南亞國家，受中華傳統影響的是不少的。
例如韓國的中秋節(jié)就非常隆重，和國內風俗一樣，這一天在外工作的人都要回家與父母團圓，會出現返鄉(xiāng)大潮。
在越南，不僅是中秋節(jié)還是兒童節(jié)。按照當地習俗，家長們會送給孩子們最喜愛的玩具和零食，其中燈籠必不可少。
新加坡的中秋節(jié)雖然不放假，但因為有很多華人的緣故，節(jié)日氣氛非常濃厚。新加坡廈門公會等機構還會聯合舉辦國民融合千人博餅慶中秋晚會。

他們不過節(jié)，但要準備好放假通知
多數國外客戶是不過中秋節(jié)的，放假之前記得做好萬全準備。一般有3類通知，
1）通知客戶我們的放假時間

Please kindly be advised that our company will be closed from XXX to XXX,in observance of the Chinese traditional festival,Spring Festival.

3）提醒客戶耐心等待包裹處理

4）設置好自動回復。如果你在管理網站，記得在網站上更新放假信息。

給客戶送完祝福，別忘了自己也過個節(jié)
生活總需要一點小驚喜，來提高一下幸福感。
對外貿人來說，就可能很需要一些驚喜來解脫自己。有人在群里分享到：這個中秋可能過的會很糟心，這半年以來行業(yè)都很差，看到其他同行接連拿下客戶，心理是羨慕又嫉妒，一點客戶資源都沒有，沒有什么好心情再去過中秋了。
